Liquid glass is measured and weighted precise by the automated control systems then drop into the forming machines(IS machines).
The liquid glass is sculpted and shaped exactly according to the molds. It’s fired and processed twice in the molds, the top is shaped firstly then the body part. All shapes and sizes are possible at Longwei
The furnace and machines work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. We never stop.
Only shaping glass is not enough. All hot bottles need to go into the annealing machine systematically and cool down to the room temperature slowly and gradually to release stresses.
After releasing stresses, the bottles are strong and durable for using.
The bottles are tested and tested over and over again by automatic machines before packing to make sure all bottles are good before shipping to the customers.
Shapes,sizes,weight and strength are all need to be tested. The top is one of the most important parts that needs to be checked carefully.
Bottles are also checked manually from time to time during production. If we find any bottles that are not good enough to be shipped out, we collect them together and put them into the furnace again.
We have automatic packing machines and bottles are normally packed by pallets for reducing the cost and loading easily. Sometimes we pack the bottles by boxes according to customers’ requirements. No matter what packing methods we choose, we have to make sure all are safe enough for delivery.
